Cinnamon and Cumin was mentioned for having achieved his dream combining flavors, but also the cultures and hearts, knowing how many organizations to unite for solidarity at the crossroads of several neighborhoods in the city of Amiens. Cinnamon and Cumin
At its inception Cinnamon and Cumin was intended to identify culinary skills from a local population of foreign origin. The identification was made in collaboration with neighborhood associations, home employment, local missions, ANPE.
